The SouthBuild team began in TN. We have designed/construction managed more than 20 justice projects from the Mississippi River to the Tennessee River to the Cumberland Plateau to the Appalachian Mountains. Specifically, we mean 2500 beds plus and 600,000 SF plus--all in 50 to 400 bed increments with most in rural counties. We know the TN Fire Marshal requirements, the TN Corrections Institute requirements and are familiar with CTAS (County Technical Assistance Service).

Further, every project has been brought in on time and in budget!
